NetZero India Foundation (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides eco-friendly products, gift packages, and annual donor rewards to our supporters. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver physical items, including trees, green gifts, and eco-retreat packages.
We currently ship within India. International shipping may be available upon request; please contact hello@netzeroindia.org for details.
Shipments include:
Donor reward packages (organic produce, seasonal boxes)
Green gift cards and eco-gifts
Forest retreat confirmations and access materials
All orders and donor rewards are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of donation confirmation or subscription payment.
During high-demand periods (e.g., festival seasons or large-scale donation campaigns), processing times may extend to 10 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your package is shipped.
Standard delivery within India typically takes 7–14 business days depending on location.
Delivery times for remote areas may be longer. We will provide tracking information wherever applicable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping fees for donor reward packages are included in your donation unless specified otherwise.
Additional shipping charges may apply for special gift packages, bulk orders, or international shipments.
All fees will be communicated at the time of donation or order confirmation.
We prioritize eco-friendly, biodegradable, and recyclable packaging materials.
Minimal packaging is used to reduce environmental impact while ensuring the safe delivery of items.
Bulk shipments may use additional sustainable packaging for protection.
If a package is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact hello@netzeroindia.org within 7 business days of receiving the shipment or expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue and, where possible, replace or resend the items at no additional cost.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect address entry by the donor.
Since our shipping includes donor rewards and gifts, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges for incorrect or damaged items can be requested via hello@netzeroindia.org within 7 business days.
