1. Donations
All donations made to Net Zero India are non-refundable. As a non-profit sustainability initiative, we utilize donations immediately to fund climate action, awareness campaigns, and green infrastructure projects.
⚠️ If a donation was made in error or an incorrect amount was entered, please contact us within 7 days at support@netzeroindia.org with proof of transaction.
2. Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships or subscriptions purchased for accessing exclusive content, event participation, or community platforms are refundable only within 7 days of purchase, provided the member has not accessed any paid resources or participated in any events.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Events, Workshops, and Courses
If you’ve registered for a paid event, workshop, or training:
- Full refund if canceled 7 or more days before the event.
- 50% refund if canceled within 3–6 days.
- No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event or after attendance.
4. Products or Services
If you purchase digital products, consulting services, or sustainability kits:
- Refunds on physical products will be issued only for defective or damaged items, reported within 5 days of delivery.
- Digital services or downloads are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Please note that payment gateway fees are non-refundable, even in the case of approved refunds. These are transaction fees charged by our third-party payment processor.
