💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in helping us hire top talent efficiently, manage HR operations, and support a values-driven, sustainable workplace culture.

Salary: ₹25,000/month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles
• Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain and update employee records (part-time/full-time/interns)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in performance evaluation cycles and feedback sessions
• Draft HR policies and handle grievance redressal professionally
• Promote employee engagement and team culture
• Coordinate learning & development sessions
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with labor laws

🧠 Key Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in recruitment platforms and HR software/tools (Excel, ATS, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A problem-solving mindset with empathy

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong internship experience can apply)
• Prior experience in startup or sustainability sector is a plus
• Must be comfortable with remote tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, Trello, etc.
