• All eligible donations will receive acknowledgment receipts, including those compliant with Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

• Once processed, donations are generally non-refundable except as provided in our Donation & Refund Policy.

• Donors may be granted access to dashboards, reports, and updates to track the impact of their contributions.

3. User Accounts

• Users may create accounts to publish blogs, comment, or access donor dashboards.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their accounts.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content (Blogs, Comments, Submissions)

• Registered users may publish blog posts and other content.

• By submitting content, you grant NetZero India Foundation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content on the Website.
