Fees & Financial Safeguards

One-time Onboarding Fee:
- MSMEs / Small vendors – ₹25,000
- Large EPCs / National suppliers – ₹75,000–₹1,00,000
Performance Security Deposit: 1% of project value, refundable on successful completion.
Annual Renewal Fee: ₹20,000 (mandatory for empanelment continuity).
Service Fee on Awarded Projects: 2% (for facilitation & project coordination).

Onboarding Process – Simple & Transparent

Register online → Fill Vendor Form & pay onboarding fee
Upload certifications & financials → GST, PAN, ISO, MNRE/BIS, ESG reports
Technical & financial evaluation → May include site visit
Category mapping → Classified into one/multiple vendor pools
Empanelment → Vendor ID issued and listed in Approved Pool
Project award → Submit 1% performance security & sign project agreement

Repeated failures lead to penalties, security forfeiture, or blacklisting.
